About the Role
We're looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to lead and deliver IT projects across the business, from planning and stakeholder management through to implementation and project close.
You'll work closely with infrastructure, security and business teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high standard. Alongside project delivery, you'll provide occasional Level 2 support during peak periods and help drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT project delivery across software, infrastructure and system upgrade projects.
Engage stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, reporting and governance.
Support business change through training, communication and adoption activities.
Provide Level 2 IT support during peak demand or major change windows.
Promote continuous improvement and adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and automation tools.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience delivering IT projects in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.
Experience using Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams and SharePoint Online.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Active Directory and Windows 10/11.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint management and IT security best practices.
Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation tools or generative AI platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certification.
ITIL Foundation or experience with IT service management.
Basic PowerShell or Python scripting skills.
Experience in multi-site or enterprise environments.
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 or Modern Desktop Administrator.
