Electroplater

We are looking for an experienced electroplating operator.

The person ideally would have run a barrel plating line with experience in all aspects of the process including line set up and close down and full process control

£15.00 to £15.50 per hour - weekly pay

Based in Bloxwich

Days - 37.5 hours per week

Choose to work Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm or Monday to Thursday 7.30 - 4.30pm and Friday 7am - 12.30pm

Duties of an Electroplater

• Mix and Maintain chemical baths
• Calibrate and set machine controls
• Quality Control - inspect for consistency and defects
• Working with Nickel and Zinc

Experience required for an Electroplater

• Understanding of electroplating and metal finishing principles
• Good maual dexterity for handling delicate or heavy jigs
• Precision in measuring chemicals and monitoring process parameters
• Manufacturing and production

• Training will be provided - but the role does require previous electroplating experience
• A factory, manufacturing and production background is preferred
